Conservation Law Foundation: Frigid Temperatures? Not a Problem in New England

Recent cold snap proves our existing infrastructure can comfortably and affordably keep the lights and heat on even in a deep freeze.

Gas prices stayed stable during the recent cold snap, due to the availability of liquid natural gas -- powerful evidence that additional fracked-gas pipelines are NOT needed to insure reliability or keep prices low. All this according to David Ismay, a senior attorney with the Conservation Law Foundation.

Please read his compelling blog, with details about how New England consumers saved millions! LNG is a temporary solution to a temporary problem. No pipeline capacity issue, whatsoever. A clear win, according to David, for a safer, cleaner and healthier environment.

Thanks to Attorney Ismay and Conservation Law Foundation, who have New England's back on fracked gas.
